With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued expansion, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Bedfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing the commercial aspects of civil engineering and groundworks projects
* Procurement and management of subcontractors
* Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control
* Valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Supporting project teams to ensure commercial success and efficiency
* Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
Requirements
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or groundworks
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project lifecycles
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ambition to grow within a high-performing commercial team
