You will work shifts, including evenings and weekends to support the
Resort Services team to ensure the delivery of an exceptional experience to all
guests staying within MacLeod House & Lodge. Providing general customer
service duties include greeting guests, carrying their luggage, showing them
to their rooms and transporting them within the estate.
Reports to MacLeod House & Lodge Manager
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
¨ Guest check-in and check out
¨ Dealing with guest luggage
¨ Guest transportation
¨ Evening/late night food and beverage service
including room dining
¨ Setting up the restaurant and public areas for
service
¨ General responsibility for MacLeod House &
Lodge during night shifts ensuring relevant health and safety checks are
carried out and buildings are secure
¨ Dealing with all guest enquiries ensuring that
operational standards are maintained at all times
Qualifying Criteria:
¨ Previous experience in a similar role or within
a hotel operation would be advantageous
¨ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
¨ Passion for delivering an exceptional guest
service
¨ Ability to resolve queries in a proactive,
practical and positive manner
¨ Ability to work as part of a team
¨ Ability to work with minimum supervision
¨ Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend
and evening work will be required)
¨ Full clean UK driving licence
¨ Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
