This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and eager to further develop their careers within education. We are seeking candidates with proven classroom experience, strong behaviour management skills, and the confidence to support pupils with a wide range of needs.
Your new role
1. Support teaching and learning across the classroom
2. Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions
3. Use your previous experience to confidently support pupils with additional needs
4. Assist with behaviour management and classroom organisation
5. Prepare learning materials and contribute to daily classroom activities
6. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
What you'll need to succeed
7. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (essential)
8. Understanding of classroom routines and behaviour strategies
9. Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
10. A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach
11. Strongmunication and teamwork skills
