Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE to join their growing Residential Conveyancing team in Wokingham.

Your role:
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion
* Handling a broad range of residential property transactions
* Providing guidance and support to junior members of the conveyancing team
* Playing an active role in business development, networking, and client relationship management
* Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the firm and the Residential Conveyancing department
The successful candidate will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE
* Have strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential conveyancing
* Be comfortable managing a varied and busy caseload independently
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be a motivated team player with the confidence to work under minimal supervision
* Have a proactive xsngvjr approach to business development and client engagement
