Team
The Pricing team supports Eversheds Sutherland International in driving profitable growth, supporting partners and the pitch team with pricing and client rate agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Pricing team and partners on pricing strategies and client rate agreements.
* Participate in the annual rate review process.
* Provide pricing support to practice groups and sectors.
* Assist with financial modelling and scenario analysis to inform pricing decisions.
* Support development and delivery of pricing‑related projects.
* Assist with post‑completion reviews on matter profitability.
* Produce and interpret financial information and analysis for departments, partners and fee earners.
* Ensure client‑agreed rates are accurately reflected in the Practice Management System and e‑billing systems.
Skills and Experience
* Highly numerate and analytical.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
* Effective communicator with lawyers, business services employees and peers.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and complete simultaneous projects.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
