Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEX
Burnley (Hybrid/Remote working available post probation)
An established and highly respected law firm is looking to add an experienced conveyancing professional to its friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX qualified professional who wants the autonomy to run their own caseload while working within a collaborative and experienced team.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with administrative support available.
Matters will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build matters (desirable but not essential)

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
* Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong client care skills and attention to detail
* A commitment to delivering excellent service to clients
Initially, the role will be office-based in Burnley to allow you to integrate with the team and systems, with hybrid working/Remote available once settled into the role.
