What You’ll Bring Previous experience in complex care (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management) desirable — full training provided A genuine passion for person-centred care and community-based working Experience supporting children and/or adults with complex health needs (preferred but not essential) Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a strong desire to make a difference Safeguarding & Compliance Safeguarding is at the heart of our practice.
