Job Description
* Raise and manage purchase orders and invoices using company software.
* Respond to general customer queries and inbound calls; follow up on leads from the CRM.
* Liaise effectively with drivers, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth logistical operations.
* Maintain internal filing systems, document control, and ensure processes are followed.
* Provide timely waste and compliance reports to the site manager and relevant departments.
* Liaise with environmental agencies and uphold compliance with all relevant waste regulations.
* Support ad hoc administrative duties as required by the site management team.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems.
* Highly organised and capable of working independently.
* Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
* Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
