Primary Teaching Assistant
What the Role Involves
Assisting with teaching and learning across the classroom, supporting the teacher in delivering lessons
Small group interventions to support pupils who need extra help, including those with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
Helping with classroom management and ensuring pupils stay engaged and focused
Monitoring progress of pupils and feeding back to teachers to help track improvement
Working under guidance alongside teachers to support planning and assessment

What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child-centred experience is highly valued. Schools are looking for proactive, compassionate and committed individuals, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

£444 per week, pro rata to term-time only
Contract: Full-time, long-term (SeptemberJuly), term-time only
