What you will be doing: We are looking for career-minded, motivated and enthusiastic individuals who aspire to work at the pinnacle of the motorcycle industry. Key duties are: Strive to exceed all set targets and sales objectives Appraise, verify and negotiate the purchase of part-exchange vehicles Use our database for customer follow-ups to maximise sales Accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales. Chase up the progress on sold orders Take part in ongoing training and development, ensuring all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional information is obtained and understood What we need from you: A full motorcycle licence is essential Previous experience working within the industry is preferred Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone with the ability to listen, understand and interpret our customers’ needs Be self-driven, motivated and determined. Excellent timekeeping and punctuality are a must Proficient IT including MS Office What we are proud of: Norton Way Group once again achieved Great Place to Work Certification in 2024.
