Job Purpose
To support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance of the service by providing exceptional administrative support through maintaining accurate records, facilitating internal audits, assisting with quality reviews, and supporting readiness for Ofsted inspections. The Quality Assurance Administrator plays a vital role in safeguarding and enhancing the quality of care provided to children and young people by supporting robust administrative and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for quality assurance processes.
* Facilitate internal audits and assist with quality reviews.
* Support readiness for Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance.

* Taking meeting minutes that could be used in a legal setting
Person Specification
Essential:
* Previous administrative experience in a regulated industry such as health or education settings.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Desirable:
* Experience working in a children’s social care or Ofsted-regulated environment.
* Understanding of Ofsted Regulations and safeguarding principles.
* Experience producing reports, audits, or performance dashboards.
* Knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance.
