Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Contracts Manager, located in Oxford/Swindon. The Construction Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing contracts related to construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the delivery of several complex construction projects, ensuring schemes are delivered to Time/Cost/Quality.

* Experience in Contract Management
* Knowledge of Legal and Regulatory Requirements in Construction
* Skills in Project Management, Coordination and Programming (MS Project)
* Strong Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Abilities
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* 10+ years UK construction experience
* Ability to Work On-Site in Oxford/Swindon and across the south of England
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field preferred
* MCIOB or equivalent preferred
* Experience in the high-tech regulated industry is a plus
