Position Overview: We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to lead paid social strategy, drive campaign success, and manage a high-performing team. You’ll lead end-to-end execution, oversee large budgets, and work collaboratively with creative, data, and client teams to deliver best world class results across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and beyond. What are the key responsibilities for the role? Develop and lead paid social strategies across key platforms to drive brand awareness, lead gen and performance. Oversee campaign planning, setup, execution, and optimisation across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat and X. Analyse campaign data using ROAS, CTR, CPA and conversion tracking to drive insights. Lead client comms and translate performance into actionable recommendations owning the narrative, translating data into meaningful insights and presenting back with clarity and confidence Partner with Creative teams to brief and iterate high-performing ad assets. Mentor and manage junior team members, creating space for growth and learning. Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, tools, and platform features. Own budgeting, forecasting, pacing, and reporting accuracy across accounts. Required skills for our team Proven experience managing large paid social budgets and strategies. Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc. Experience with cross-channel attribution, tracking tools (GA4, UTM), and analytics platforms. Strong leadership and mentoring experience in agency or fast-paced environment. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data into compelling insights. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. What do we expect from our team?
