This is a flexible hybrid role, combining home-based strategic planning with regular client visits across your territory.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving new business growth across the West of the A3 territory.
* Winning and developing large commercial accounts.
* Building relationships with decision-makers across diverse sectors.
* Conducting strategic research and preparation for quality client meetings.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client handovers.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success as a Business Development Manager, Technical Sales, or Commercial Sales professional.
* Experience in sectors such as metal stockholding, oil & gas, automotive, defence, marine, or precision engineering.
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence engaging with major customers.
* A self-motivated, credible professional who thrives on autonomy and results.
