A market-leading, FCSA accredited Umbrella Company is seeking a Business Development/Client Relationship Manager to support and grow key recruitment agency accounts across Central London & the South East.
This role suits an experienced umbrella sales or account management professional with strong PAYE umbrella experience.
Key Duties
* Managing and growing agency accounts
* Increase PAYE umbrella referrals and consultant enquiries
* Act as a key contact for recruitment agencies and consultants
* Resolve agency queries in partnership with internal teams
* Identify cross-sell and account growth opportunities
* Maintain accurate CRM records including account mapping
* Support umbrella legislation and PAYE training for consultants
* Attend agency meetings, events and hospitality as required
Required Experience
* Minimum 2 years experience within the Umbrella Company sector
* Proven PAYE umbrella knowledge
* Sales or account management background
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* CRM and Microsoft Office experience
Desirable
* Experience in a split sales and account support role
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Proven ability to exceed 50+ outbound calls per day
* Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
* Experience using CRM systems and internal sales tools
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Previous collaboration with internal sales, compliance or marketing teams
