We are seeking a detail-oriented Group Risk Consultant to join a leading organisation within the financial services industry. This role is based in Sittingbourne and offers an opportunity to support and enhance risk management strategies.

Description
* Liaise with clients to gather relevant scheme information.
* Request quotations from the market and existing providers.
* Analyse provider responses and market feedback.
* Produce comprehensive reports and recommendations for clients.
* Instruct insurers to proceed, including completion of necessary documentation.
* Process annual accounts for scheme renewals.
* Review and issue accounts to employers for payment.
* Respond to scheme-related queries from members and employers, both written and verbal.
* Provide guidance on existing and potential schemes.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key issues and developments in the Group Risk and Healthcare sector.
* Liaise with providers to ensure access to current and relevant proposition information.
* Communicate professionally with clients, providers, and advisers via email, letter, and phone.
* Obtain, verify, and issue invoices for products including PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plan, and Dental.
* Save invoices to company files and update individual employee premiums on internal databases.
* Issue final invoices to employers
Profile
A successful Group Risk Consultant should have:
* CII qualifications in Financial Services and/or Pensions.
* GR1 (Group Risk qualification).
* GCSE Maths and English (grade 5 or above).
Knowledge and experience
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Experience of working in an office environment and Financial Services.
* Experience with the end-to-end process of market reviews.
* Producing report and recommendations for Group Risk and Healthcare products.
* Good working knowledge of the accounts process when completing a scheme renewal.
* Possesses a confident and professional telephone manner, ensuring clear and courteous communication with clients and service providers.
