The Role: Manage projects from planning through to completion. Prepare specifications, bills of quantities, and schedules of works. Oversee contract administration and financial management of projects. Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams. Assist with surveying work where required. Hybrid working available - Cirencester office with local site visits. The Person: Experienced in project management, contract administration, and site management. Familiar with building regulations, planning, and contract law. Strong client-facing and people management skills. Background in Surveying, Project Management, or Contract Management. Ability to run projects independently, including financial oversight. Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to local sites.
