Your mission
To drive business growth by executing strategic sales plans across your region, maximizing the adoption and sales of Epson’s robotics solutions.
What you will do
* Deliver revenue growth and expand market share across your territory.
* Identify and assess market opportunities by understanding the addressable market, generating new leads, and growing existing accounts.
* Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to define and implement the go‑to‑market strategy.
* Qualify prospects using agreed frameworks, building detailed engagement plans for each opportunity.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track opportunities in CRM.
* Build and maintain a strong partner ecosystem by enhancing the capabilities of T1 partners and actively engaging T2 system integrators and OEMs to expand market presence.
* Build and maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline through proactive stakeholder engagement.
* Accurately track and manage all opportunities using CRM tools.
* Work closely with internal and external technical specialists to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers across target industries.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally (Sales Support, Marketing, etc.) to enhance customer experience and deliver optimal outcomes.
* Maintain clear visibility of all sales activities and projects using internal planning tools.
* Deliver accurate forecasting and track performance against targets and budgets.
What you will bring
* Proven experience in account management and business development, ideally within the automation, robotics, or industrial solutions sector.
* Demonstrated success managing and growing large or strategic accounts.
* Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, innovative approach to winning business.
* Experience working across multi‑channel sales environments (direct, partners, integrators, etc.).
* Ability to build and influence relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Solid analytical and planning skills, with experience managing complex sales cycles.
* Strong communication skills in Business English.
* Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics.
