detail-oriented Part-Time
Office Assistant (32hrs) to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a
dynamic and creative studio, supporting the team with essential administrative
and organisational tasks. The role is ideal for someone with an interest in interior design,
who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Provide
administrative support to the design team, including managing correspondence
and filing.
* Assist
with organising materials, samples, and project documentation.
* Maintain
office supplies and ensure the smooth running of daily studio operations.
* Support with scheduling, data entry, and general
office duties as required.
About You:
* Previous experience in an
administrative role, preferably within an interior design or
creative environment.
* Strong organisational skills
and a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive and flexible
approach with the ability to multitask.
* A passion for design and
creativity is highly desirable.
