Position

A dynamic position which requires frequent access to the Thirsk Head Office, in North Yorkshire, as well as regular national travel for customer reviews and networking.

The role covers several important customer channels, which requires the ability to multitask and prioritise

* Management of National Pub Cos, Regional brewers, regional groups from sales and opportunity assessment, with mid term forecasts and awareness of local inventory and lead-times.
* Onboarding of “prospect and lapsed” customers towards Celli Store, including set up and demonstrations. Maintaining a suitable range of specific category products, to match mainstream customer demands.
* Lead the commercial flow of remanufacturing, ensuring correct pricing implementation and scheduling new business to match customer requirements.
* Frequent communication and face-to-face meetings with customer network, to make sure Celli portfolio remains customer aware and market relevant.
* Pricing autonomy within agreed parameters, to be able to flex to win composite customer orders.
* Ownership of channel P&L, to measure against volume & %GM versus target.
* Development of channel strategy to drive internal and external efficiency to support availability and fulfilment.
* Effective management of Customer CRM, linked to an up-to-date customer contact matrix to ensure actions and outputs are maintained, logged and actioned.


Requirements

Astute understanding of the UK Drinks Dispense market, including key players and route to market.

* Ability to network with complex organisations to find the correct points of contact for decision making and product requirement knowledge.
* Dispense product awareness, understanding a range of solutions from Cellar to Bar. Link this to the Celli portfolio and how these connect with the customer needs.
* Internally aware, who can link cross departments to ensure smooth customer integration and positive customer journey.
* Focused to secure long‑term business commitment through categories available through Celli global
* Ability to build relationships which generate organic sales pipeline.
* Effective reporting & time management to ensure focus on customer activation.
* Able to represent Celli with Ambassadorial knowledge & understanding to share our corporate aspirations.

* Strong numerical skills to build a pricing schedule to deliver targeted channel margins.
* Well organised, to be able build workflow and outreach, whilst being able to respond and complete in a timely way.
* Analytically astute, to be able to interpret data and build a pipeline through the available information.
* Ability to work on multiple tasks, supported with guidance, to build a commercially strong result
* Proficient in Celli Microsoft applications
