The Role
* Management of Health & Safety Systems
* Provide support to the management team by ensuring effective management systems are defined to deliver site and group health & safety/legal requirements
* Always ensuring compliance with HSE policies and procedures
* Ensuring compliance with all aspects of food safety and hygiene policies
* Promote Health & Safety awareness
* Carry out detailed site audits, highlight concerns and implement improvements
* Assist in the implementation of projects including investments and new installations.
The Person
* 5 years’ experience in Health & Safety within an FMCG business
* NEBOSH Diploma ideally but open to NEBOSH certificate if working in food manufacturing
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to engage and inspire others
* Ability to impact cultural change
* Comfortable working in a matrix structure in an international business dealing with multiple stakeholders.
