The role requires a self-driven, proactive, and confident team player who can efficiently manage a high-volume workload while maintaining exceptional standards. What you'll do Draft letters and legal documents for the team Conduct searches with Local Authority and Land Register of Scotland Prepare Land Registration and LBTT forms Liaise directly with clients and other parties Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures during client onboarding What you’ll need Experience in a similar administrative or secretarial type role within the legal property sector Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to manage a busy workload Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office packages What you’ll receive Competitive salary This is a full-time position, however consideration will also be given to part-time and flexible working offering a degree of flexibility in your place of work.
