Nursery and EYFS Support – Sheffield
If you enjoy supporting early development and learning through play, we’re looking for flexible nursery staff and EYFS support assistants for Sheffield schools and nurseries.
This role suits someone patient, creative and nurturing. You’ll be helping children aged 0 to 5 thrive in safe, stimulating environments - from nursery settings to EYFS classrooms in schools.
What you’ll be doing
• Supporting early years routines, learning and play activities
• Assisting with speech and language development
• Helping children feel safe, settled and engaged
• Working closely with class teachers or room leaders
Who we’re looking for
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or experience in early years settings
• Someone caring, practical and patient
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Pay: £13.69 to £15.75 per hour, depending on setting and experience
