Position: Aftersales Support Assistant
Type: Part-Time / Seasonal - working 16 hours, Mondays and Fridays
Pay Rates: Up to £ per hour depending on age
Weare looking for a detail-oriented Aftersales Support Assistant to join our team in delivering an exceptional experience to our holiday home customers. This role plays a vital part in the presentation and final delivery of our holiday homes, ensuring each unit is immaculately cleaned, dressed, and ready for handover to its new owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare holiday homes to a high standard before handover.
- Dress and stage homes with soft furnishings, décor, and essentials to enhance visual appeal.
- Conduct handovers to new owners, walking them through the features and ensuring a warm, professional welcome.
- Liaise with the sales and maintenance teams to ensure homes are ready on time.
- Carry out basic checks to ensure homes are safe, clean, and fully functional.
- Assist with minor snagging tasks and coordinate any additional aftersales support as needed.
Requirements
- A proactive and reliable team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a varied workload.
- Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, property staging, or customer service is an advantage.
