What you will do Lead and manage a team of social workers within the Looked After Children (CLA) service. Oversee complex caseloads involving children in care, with a strong focus on care planning, permanence, and pathway planning for care leavers. Provide high-quality supervision and performance management to ensure compliance with statutory frameworks and best practice standards. Drive timely permanence planning, chair key meetings, and work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver coordinated care. Contribute to service development, audits, and preparation for Ofsted inspections to maintain and enhance service quality.
