Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
* Support residents with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment.
* Provide assistance during mealtimes, including feeding where necessary.
* Monitor and record residents’ wellbeing, reporting changes promptly.
* Promote residents' independence, dignity, and choice in daily activities.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
* Engage residents in social and therapeutic activities.
Skills and Qualifications
* Ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* Basic understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a care or support role.
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health & Social Care.
* Training in moving and handling.
* First aid or CPR training
* Confidence using basic digital care systems.
