We are looking for BusinessDevelopment Managers for the Public and PrivateSector of varying levels within the software salesspace who are looking for their next challenge in a globallyexpanding business which specialised in customer experience andutilises generative AI to provide a seamless customerjourney.
KeyResponsibilities:
Accountplanning
* Achieverevenue & margin targets from new customers on a monthlyquarterly and annual basis.
* Create and maintaindocumented account development plans.
* Work withmarketing or other internal departments to proactively identify andtarget customers.
* Build sales approaches forspecific customer accounts.
* Develop andmaintain an adequate pipeline ofopportunities.
* Provide accurate forecasting ofopportunities by effectively progressing salesopportunities.
* Keep internal systems andcontacts up to date withprogress.
Customerrelationships &satisfaction
* Regularlymeet and build effective relationships with existing and potentialcustomers.
* Drive the promotion and sale ofadditional services to or through thecustomer.
* Maintain a detailed knowledge ofcustomer objectives and key personnel.
* Setcustomer expectations during sales delivery and throughout thecontract.
* Coordinate internal teams to deliverto customer expectations.
* Escalate on behalf ofthe customer asrequired.
Bid/tendermanagement
* Work closelywith presales delivery support and any bidrelated teams toeffectively create sell and deliver new businesswins.
* Motivate and coordinate any virtual bidteam to deliver a quality bid/tender ahead ofdeadlines.
* Qualify prospective customeraccounts fully in order to ensure all likely customerquestions/interests are addressed constructively during the salesprocess.
* Take overall responsibility fordelivering any assigned opportunities whether directly managed orthrough a bidteam.
Productand salesexpert
* Maintain a broadunderstanding of key products and technology relevant to ourservices.
* Maintain a good understanding ofindustry developments.
* Illustrate businessadvantage of our products and services to customers and other salescolleagues.
* Contribute thought and expertise tobrand/marketing activities as required.
* Mentorand advise other sales colleagues in order to assist theirdevelopment/closing ofopportunities.
Candidateprofile
* Bachelorsdegree.
* Good experience of closing majoraccounts at least 5 years.
* Demonstratableexperience of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
* SaaS/CCaaSExperience.
* Proven ability to complete highpriority sales deals from point of contact tocompletion.
* Good communication includingpresentation skills and being able to adapt style to suit theaudience.
Salary:up to 250k uncapped.
