One of our SEN schools in the Channel Islands is looking for an outstanding SEMH Science Teacher to join a dedicated team who are committed to breaking down SEMH barriers to learning. This fantastic school caters for children aged 9 to 16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs, providing them with a positive, safe, vibrant community.
In this exciting full-time permanent role, you can combine beautiful surroundings with a rewarding challenge, as you promote learning through well-planned Science lessons that can be adapted to meet individual needs. As an SEMH Science Teacher you will have experience working in an SEMH school, with strong behavioural management skills and a patient approach.
This SEMH Science Teacher role is available to start as soon as possible.
Skills and requirements:
QTS
The right to work in the UK
DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
Experience teaching in a SEMH school
Very strong classroom and behavioural management skills
Ideally available to start asap.
