Skills / Experience: Greeting guests on arrival and throughout their stay to ensure they enjoy their holiday to the full Great customer service skills and excellent telephone manner Reaching weekly and monthly targets Able to deal with problems and complaints face to face and over the telephone Computer literate, using Word and Excel Must have the necessary right to work documentation Able to communicate with other departments and pick up new skills quickly Able to multitask with calls, bookings, tills, swimming, merchandise and general day to day enquiries. Must be able to work between the hours of 9am to 7pm including weekends. Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training provided.
