Examination Preparation: Lead Key Stage 4 cohorts systematically through terminal GCSE Music or vocational technical awards (such as BTEC Tech Awards in Music Practice), ensuring complete syllabus coverage across composition and appraisal portfolios. Ensemble & Co-Curricular Direction: Direct, coordinate, and scale the school’s co-curricular music programs, including choirs, concert bands, and specialized modern ensembles, culminating in high-profile school concerts and community showcase events. Peripatetic Coordination: Manage and schedule the school's team of visiting peripatetic instrumental tutors, tracking student attendance, grading progressions, and external examination entries (such as ABRSM or Rockshool). Pastoral Care Integration: Undertake full form tutor responsibilities, executing daily registration, auditing attendance profiles, and facilitating structured personal development sessions.
