From our Prestwick site, we manufacture aircraft wing structures used on Airbus commercial aircraft worldwide. You will provide practical, site‑based HR support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with leaders, employees and Trade Union representatives to support operational and organisational priorities. How you will contribute to the team You will: Provide HR support to the site in line with business plans across the full employment lifecycle. Lead the HR Advisory team, ensuring consistent and effective people support across the organisation. Work in partnership with Trade Union representatives to support employee relations and change activity. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and people plans aligned to organisational requirements. Requirements for the role You will have: Broad working knowledge of UK employment law and core HR practices. Experience operating as a generalist HR practitioner within a complex organisation. Experience supporting trade union engagement and employee relations activity. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
