Description
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
* Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
* Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end processes.
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
* Support the preparation of VAT returns and other tax-related documentation.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
* Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
* Provide general support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
Profile
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
* Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.i>
* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
* Good organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
* Experience in the professional services industry is advantageous.
