The Role As Commercial Litigation Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the continued success and growth of the firm’s dispute resolution practice. You will be responsible for leading complex, high-value commercial disputes, managing client relationships, and mentoring a talented team of litigators. Key Responsibilities Lead on a range of complex and high-value commercial disputes, including contractual claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, and commercial fraud. Provide strategic advice to clients ranging from SMEs to large corporates and international businesses. Build and develop a portfolio of client relationships, proactively driving business development and cross-selling opportunities. Contribute to the leadership and strategic direction of the litigation team and wider firm. Support, mentor, and develop junior lawyers and associates within the department. Collaborate closely with partners across practice areas to deliver seamless, commercially-focused legal solutions. Requirements UK-qualified solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' PQE in commercial litigation. Current or previous experience at a top-tier or leading mid-market commercial firm. Proven track record of handling complex commercial disputes with a strong understanding of litigation risk and strategy. Demonstrable experience in business development and client relationship management. Ideally, you will bring a portable client following or have a credible plan for building a client base.
