Piping Designer - Water Industry (Revit) Position Summary: Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Piping Designer to join our engineering team, supporting the design and coordination of water infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Principal Engineer, this role will focus on the design and layout of wet wells, pump chambers, and associated ductile iron pipework, with an emphasis on constructability, maintainability, and operational access. Must have experience working with Revit in 3D design environments and supporting multi-disciplinary project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Produce 3D models and detailed general arrangement drawings (GAs) using Revit. - Develop layouts of wet and dry well pumping stations, concrete pump chambers, ductile iron and epoxy coated carbon steel pipework, valves, and pipe support systems. - Coordinate and integrate vendor equipment packages into the design. - Layout and model access platforms, stairs, handrails, and maintenance accessways in compliance with Client and Industry standards. - Contribute to design reviews, including Access, Lifting and Maintenance reviews (ALMs). - Collaborate with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to ensure coordinated and clash-free models. - Maintain drawing registers and ensure documentation meets company and client standards.
