R&D Partners is seeking two enthusiastic Year in Industry Placement Students to join the Marketing and Operations Chapter of a leading pharmaceutical company for the 2026-2027 academic year. This multifaceted role offers hands-on experience in content creation, data processing, digital campaign management, and event coordination.

Responsibilities
* Marketing Campaign Management: Assist in planning and technical setup of multichannel marketing campaigns across therapeutic areas.
* Analyze and present campaign results and key learnings to brand teams.
* Content Creation and Approval: Develop marketing assets such as emails, PDFs, and landing pages for campaigns.
* Support the approval process for marketing materials.
* Event Management: Coordinate and manage online events using internal event platforms.
* Data Processing: Ensure compliant and timely processing of UK Healthcare Professional (HCP) consents for electronic communications.
* Project Management: Manage ad-hoc projects for STEM students as part of the Early Careers Programme.
* Lead initiatives within the Marketing and Operations Team.
Qualifications
* Second-year undergraduate student on a four-year degree program, seeking a third-year work placement.
* Pursuing a degree in STEM, Business, or Digital Marketing.
* Achieved 3 A Levels at grade B or above (or equivalent qualifications).
* Passionate about content development, digital marketing, and identifying actionable insights.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL is a plus.
* Organized, methodical, and proactive in problem-solving and process improvement.
* Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Team player with a dynamic approach to managing multiple workstreams.
