Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
Brings experience working in a professional kitchen environment (AA Rosette experience preferred)
Confident in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining standards
Strong team player with good communication skills
Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and menu innovation
Reliable and motivated with a proactive approach
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking dishes to the required standards
Assisting senior chefs with menu preparation and service
Managing your section efficiently during service
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are upheld
Supporting the training and development of junior team members
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
