The Role
As Telemarketing Team Manager, you will:
* Lead, coach and develop a remote team of approximately 16 Telemarketing Advisors
* Drive performance against monthly targets, KPIs and quality measures
* Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, well-qualified appointments for the field sales team
* Monitor productivity, conversion and pipeline performance, taking action where required
* Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews and team meetings
* Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
* Work closely with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey
What We’re Looking For
* A motivated, target-driven sales leader with a passion for developing people
* Proven experience managing remote telesales or telemarketing teams in a high-volume environment
* A strong track record of exceeding sales targets through effective coaching and performance management
* Commercially astute with a strategic approach to planning and pipeline optimisation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence
* Experience within payments or financial services is an advantage, but not essential
* High energy, resilience and a genuine commitment to team success
