My fantastic client in Lancing, West Sussex is currently looking for a solid 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to come on board on a permanent basis. The role will be to work on a busy helpdesk within an MSP supporting a range of clients.
You need to have experience working in an MSP environment and be confident supporting and commissioning/onboarding Office 365 products as well of general support of Windows, Active Directory and Exchange.
Essential Skills:
* 1 year’s minimum experience of working for an MSP
* Solid experience of Office365
* Experience of Windows, Active Directory and Exchange.
* A confident and clear communicator both verbally and written
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
