Part Time, PermanentSalary: £13.45 hr + up to 20% bonus (£15.30/hr OTE) Mileage: 34p per mile Hours: 15 hours per week, 2 days a week you can choose (one must be Wednesday or Thursday) Territory: Kendal, Penrith, Carlisle, Preston, Blackpool and surrounds
Essential: You’ll need your own car and a full UK driving licence.
What You’ll Be Doing: Bringing LEGO to Life, Store by Store This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where attention to detail really matters.
* Create standout displays - Using your merchandising eye, you’ll check stock, maintain displays and support promotions so LEGO always looks its best.
* Deliver great visits, every time - Each store visit is carefully planned and efficiently delivered, reflecting LEGO’s belief that only the best is good enough.
* Champion the brand - You’ll confidently negotiate for space, visibility and activity, ensuring LEGO stands out for all the right reasons.
* Build strong in‑store relationships - You’ll work closely with colleagues and decision‑makers in Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, B&M and Smyths, becoming a trusted and welcome presence in each store.

What We’re Looking For
* A full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle.
* Merchandising, retail or field sales experience is preferred, but not essential.
* A positive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
* Someone who enjoys variety, independence and being out in store.
