The UKI Imaging Customer Experience Manager is responsible for leading and managing the clinical education team across the UK and Ireland. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality education services, supports business growth through innovative educational offerings, and enhances customer satisfaction throughout the imaging product lifecycle.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Development
o Manage the day-to-day operations of the UKI Imaging clinical education team.
o Promote staff retention and uphold the professional standing of the team.
o Collaborate with modality clinical and training leaders to ensure the team maintains the highest competency levels.
* Educational Strategy & Delivery
o Develop and implement new educational offerings, combining in-person (e.g., classroom) and digital formats.
o Oversee the lifecycle management of clinical education to maximize installed base (IB) retention.
o Design and deliver presales education programs to support competitive IB capture and business growth.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work with modality managers to enhance show site experiences and align training with product development.
o Work with the marketing team to develop materials that support educational activities and support growth campaigns
o Support product introductions and highlight unique selling points (USPs) through tailored customer training.
o Partner with modality managers to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs).
* Customer Engagement & Events
o Organize educational symposia aligned with modality marketing strategies.
o Drive synergies across HCS education teams by sharing best practices and leveraging opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
o Collaborate with non-competitive third parties to expand the educational offering.
* Innovation & Outreach
o Develop early adopter programs in partnership with universities and junior radiologists to foster innovation and future engagement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in clinical education, customer experience, or imaging-related roles.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Experience in developing and delivering educational programs, both in-person and digitally.
* Familiarity with imaging modalities and healthcare systems in the UKI region.
