CNC Operator - Late Shift
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 3pm-1am | 38 hours. Pay: Premium pay and benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Operating CNC milling and turning machines.
- Loading programs and checking machines are running correctly.
- Inspecting parts using measuring equipment and gauges.
- Monitoring tooling and carrying out tool changes when needed.
- Deburring, engraving and preparing machined parts.
- Supporting machine changeovers and maintaining workshop standards.
Skills & Experience
- Previous CNC machining or machine shop experience.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tolerances.
- Experience using measuring and inspection equipment.
- Milling and turning knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work.
- A team‑focused attitude.
