Contract type: Fixed Term Contract, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days

Main Responsibilities
Lead by example to deliver client engagement, create strong connections with customers through the brand history and high‑performance formulas, and secure brand loyalty. Use coaching skills to support management in developing the team and ensure the team meets sales targets. Provide tools, training and inspiration in coaching, artistry and customer service so you can support leadership and take accountability when the manager is not present. Deliver on your goals while driving the team and committing daily to clients and yourself.
Profile
* Must have held a leadership position in a retail business
* Track record of coaching and developing teams
* Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
* Ability to communicate effectively with a team and lead
* Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets
* Excellent communicator
