Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in content, campaigns, events, media or digital production
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
Nice to Have
* Experience supporting webinars, podcasts or live digital events
* Familiarity with webinar platforms, recording tools or podcast workflows
* Experience in B2B media, events or digital publishing

Webinar and Podcast Delivery
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of internal webinars and podcasts, from planning through to live delivery and post-campaign follow-up
* Coordinate schedules, speakers, internal stakeholders and production teams
* Ensure webinars and podcasts are delivered on time, to brief and to a high production standard
Campaign and Stakeholder Management
* Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders involved in webinars and podcasts
* Work closely with Campaign Partners, Sales and Editorial teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives
* Manage timelines, run sheets, agendas and campaign trackers
Production and Operations
* Liaise with video, audio and production teams to coordinate recording, editing and publishing
* Support live webinar delivery, including tech checks, speaker prep and live moderation support where required
* Ensure all assets are correctly stored, named and shared post-production
Content and Quality Control
* Ensure all webinar and podcast content aligns with BizClik brand standards and tone of voice
* Review outlines, scripts and speaker briefs to ensure clarity and consistency
* Support the repurposing of content into clips, highlights and on-demand assets
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
* Track delivery milestones and campaign performance metrics
* Gather feedback from internal teams to continuously improve webinar and podcast delivery
Support reporting on content output and engagement where required
