Job Description:
Your new company
Although we rely on state-of-the-art technology and artificial intelligence, we remain, above all, a people-centred organisation. We are a dynamic firm with bold growth ambitions, cultivating an atmosphere where individuals can flourish and make a genuine difference.
Your new role
From day one, you’ll be embedded in on-site audit work, generally tackling a fresh assignment each week. You’ll gain practical experience across every essential audit aspect, becoming proficient with our leading-edge tools and workflows while getting to know our customers. As you progress, you’ll assume responsibility for audit scheduling and finalisation, influencing the practice’s expansion plan. You’ll also enjoy early involvement with every new audit client, ensuring a varied, fast-paced learning curve.
When workloads ease, you’ll participate in stimulating initiatives, assisting diverse customers within your cluster and, when needed, across other teams.
What you'll need to succeed
* Possesses a minimum of 18 months’ background in audit within an accountancy practice.
* Is pursuing an ACA/ACCA qualification, ideally via a Level 7 apprenticeship.
* Brings an analytical outlook, prospers in an energetic team, and radiates an upbeat approach.
* Holds either EU right-to-work status or a UK Tier 1 permit, entitling them to full-time employment.
* Is willing to travel to Farnham and client sites.
What you'll get in return
* Attractive remuneration (£27,500 – £35,000), linked to experience and credentials.
* 28 days’ annual leave, rising with tenure, plus an extra day for your birthday.
* Enhanced sick-pay scheme.
* Relaxed attire policy.
