Job Description
The Part Time Commercial Contracts Manager will hold the following responsibilities:
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and agreements
4. These could include; statements of work, service level agreements, tender frameworks, supplier contracts etc
5. Assist with Data Protection and GDPR compliance procedures
6. Provide legal advice and support across various departments within the business.
7. Assist in managing legal risks and resolving disputes effectively.
8. Support the implementation of company policies and procedures from a legal perspective.
9. Communicate with external legal advisers and other stakeholders as needed.
10. Work collaboratively with the wider legal team to deliver high-quality legal services.
The Successful Applicant
The Part Time Commercial Contracts Manager should have the following skills and experience:
11. Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
12. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting professional services firms.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
