We are supporting a market-leading contract caterer in the search for an experienced and confident Hospitality Manager to lead the hospitality operations at one of their flagship contracts—home to a international finance organisation.
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of day-to-day hospitality operations.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional 5-star hospitality, fine dining, and corporate event services across three busy floors, supporting a professional community of 2,500 employees. Managing a team of 15, you will ensure every detail meets the highest standards of service, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations across hospitality, fine dining, and corporate events
* Deliver a consistently high-end service experience in all client-facing areas
* Manage & mentor a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring service excellence
* Oversee all event planning and delivery, from PDRs to large-scale corporate functions
* Work closely with the General Manager to manage costs, staffing, ordering, and service standards
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with senior clients
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in high-end B&I contract catering in a corporate environment
* Strong knowledge of fine dining and corporate events operations
* A polished and client-centric approach with excellent communication skills
* Calm, resilient, and highly organised under pressure and with great leadership skills
* Passionate about hospitality, with an eye for detail and a desire to exceed expectations
