A very well established and successful Partner Practice of St. James's Place (Wealth Management) are recruiting an Administrator to join their team.
The Practice provide financial advice to local and national clients on a wide range of products including Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning and Protection, and have grown organically in the last 12 years with a very loyal client base.
Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the Adviser, supporting the day-to-day business operations within the Practice
* Diary management
* Greeting clients ahead of their meeting with the Adviser
* Client communications by telephone and email
* Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
* Preparing all documentation for the Partner’s meetings
* Ensuring client information is recorded accurately on the back-office system and CRM System
* Gathering information for illustrations from product providers
* Drafting basic suitability reports for reviews, fund switches, simple investment/pension advice, and top-ups
* Preparing and sending out ‘Letters of Authority’ to other financial organisations and follow-up
* Managing the pipeline of business through the Practice
* Assisting the Partner with marketing administration
This is an interesting and varied role that would suit a confident, numerate, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.
Knowledge and experience
* Relevant experience of working in an Administration / PA role within a Financial Advice business
* Previous experience of working in St. James’s Place Practice would be useful but is not essential
* Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
* Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet
* Good time management and planning skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Well-versed with Social Media usage for business, especially LinkedIn
* Experience of client management systems such as Salesforce would be an advantage, although not essential.
