Paediatric Clinical Lead - Buckinghamshire AreaLocation: Buckinghamshire AreaSalary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annumHours: Monday to FridayJob Type: Full-time, PermanentHybrid Working | Community-Based Role | Career Progression | Complex Care LeadershipLeaders in Care is recruiting for a Paediatric Clinical Lead on behalf of a well-established, nurse-led complex care provider with over 10 years' experience delivering high-quality community care.This is an excellent opportunity for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a growing service supporting children with complex health needs across the Buckinghamshire area, with new packages being mobilised and a clear focus on clinical quality, staff development and safe care delivery.The RoleAs a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will oversee and support the delivery of paediatric complex care packages within the community, ensuring care is safe, effective, person-centred and compliant.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging paediatric complex care packages across the Buckinghamshire areaCompleting clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessmentsDelivering training, competency sign-offs and clinical supervisionLiaising with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teamsSupporting safe care delivery including tracheostomy, ventilation and other complex clinical needsSupporting package mobilisation and ongoing clinical qualityThis is a hybrid role, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the community .RequirementsRegistered Children's Nurse ( RSCN or RN Child ) with an active NMC pinExperience within paediatric complex care in a community settingPrevious leadership, senior nurse or supervisory experienceStrong communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Buckinghamshire areaPackage & Benefits£45,000 to £50,000 salaryHybrid working - 2 days from homeMonday to Friday role - no nights or weekendsClear progression into senior clinical leadership rolesSupportive, quality-focused organisationOpportunity to join a growing paediatric complex care serviceWhy Apply?This opportunity offers the chance to join a respected provider during an exciting period of growth while developing your career within complex paediatric community care.
