Description
1. Lead training centre operations, including projects, maintenance, training, engineering and functional support staff
2. Act as the first point of contact for the customer, attending onsite meetings when required
3. Address any gaps highlighted by the end user’s experience and concerns highlighted
4. Manage the training centre budget, schedule, quality, scope of services and risk
5. Ensure delivery of the highest quality through providing support and maintaining a proactive approach to customer management
Minimum Qualifications
6. Strong front-line or operational leadership experience
7. Proven ability to manage complex projects or programs of work
8. Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian Citizen!
9. Ability to work 5 days on site at either RAAF Base Williamtown or RAAF Base Edinburgh
10. Project Management qualification or equivalent proven experience
Preferred Qualifications
11. Experience with Systems Engineering and/or Technology projects
12. Waterfall and Agile planning approach and scheduling of activities
13. Management of project financials
14. Strong experience managing risk and opportunities in accordance with ISO 31000
