Temporary Maternity Cover – Bridal Consultant
We're looking for a Bridal Consultant to join our team on a temporary maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and fun environment, helping brides find their dream dress while also keeping our boutique running smoothly.
In this role, you'll combine personalised bridal consultations with sales targets, social media updates, and stock management. No two days will be the same—you'll be at the heart of making every bride's experience special.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting one-on-one consultations and guiding brides through their dress journey
Using your sales skills to meet and exceed targets while enhancing the customer experience
Creating engaging posts for our social media to showcase gowns and share real bride moments
Managing stock and keeping the boutique organised, tidy, and welcoming
Working closely with the wider team to ensure a supportive, positive atmosphere
What we're looking for:
Previous retail or sales experience (bridal/fashion a bonus)
Confidence in achieving sales goals and building strong client relationships
Strong communication skills—bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
Good organisational skills to stay on top of stock and appointments
A creative flair for social media and eye for presentation
